Our Staff. Our Heroes. Thank You!

As the COVID-19 pandemic has spread in our community, our visiting clinicians and staff have shown incredible bravery and compassion as they continue to care for members of our community. These are just a few of the messages of gratitude we have received from management. We will update this page as we collect more thank you messages.

To our staff, you are our heroes. Thank you for your service!

Thank You Letter from Board of Directors

Teresa Voci, CVHHH’s Vice Chair, shared this letter with CVHHH staff on behalf of the full board on April 2, 2020.

Dear CVHHH Employees,

“In any given moment we have two options: to step forward and grow or to step back into safety.” -Abraham Maslow

Such extraordinary times call for acknowledgement of the steps forward you are all taking.

On behalf of the CVHHH Board of Directors, I want to share our sincere appreciation for each and every one of you.  We always hear how amazing you all are, and we’re now seeing it firsthand. We know you are taking your roles seriously as you continue to support our clients and community during this unprecedented time in all our lives. We recognize the stresses you face and applaud the strength and tenacity you show daily in assuring our patients get the best, loving care, as if it were any other day.

Serving our community members and keeping them healthy and at home is why we, as board members, support Central Vermont Home Health & Hospice, the organization and its employees. You were true heroes before this virus, and even more so now. We believe in you and your leadership team, who is working tirelessly to do what they can to keep you well and up to date on the COVID-19 status.

We thank you all for your ability to support each other, to step up and out of your comfort zones while staying resilient in the face of this world-wide pandemic.

With gratitude and respect,

Central Vermont Home Health & Hospice Board of Directors
