Central Vermont Home Health & Hospice (CVHHH) welcomes Kelly Andrews, Sarah Lindberg, and Joshua Plavin, M.D., to its Board of Directors.

Kelly Andrews has worked at Northfield Savings Bank for twenty years in positions of increasing responsibility and duties, and currently serves as a regional vice president of Community Banking. In this role, Kelly oversees all aspects of the branch network within her assigned region, is critical in achieving the bank’s strategic goals, and possesses a performance history of consistently meeting or exceeding annual sales goals. “As a board member, I intend to support CVHHH in contributing to the organization’s culture, strategic focus, and financial sustainability,” said Kelly.

Sarah Lindberg is a senior data science consultant at Freeman HealthCare, where she supports clients in transforming health care data into knowledge that informs policymaking, regulation, and the public. Prior to joining Freeman HealthCare, Sarah spent more than six years at the Green Mountain Care Board, Vermont’s chief healthcare regulator, where she oversaw the establishment of fifteen hospital budgets, helped develop financial targets for Medicare and Medicaid in Vermont’s All-Payer ACO Model, and managed the state’s health care database. She holds a master’s degree in statistics from the University of Vermont and bachelor’s degrees in psychology and legal studies from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. “CVHHH’s has a reputation as a high-quality provider and trusted partner for providers in the region,” said Sarah. “I hope that my expertise with health care data, finance, and payment reform will contribute to the Board’s support of CVHHH.”

Dr. Joshua Plavin is board-certified in both internal medicine and pediatrics and has over two decades of clinical experience in Vermont. He currently serves as the medical director and division chief of the Comprehensive Pain Program at the University of Vermont (UVM) Medical Center, clinical lead of UVM’s Osher Center for Integrative Health, and assistant professor of psychiatry at UVM’s Larner College of Medicine. Dr. Plavin was previously the vice president and chief medical officer at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Vermont. He earned his M.D. and master’s degree in public health from New York Medical College and an MBA from Brandeis University. “I have had the honor of working with CVHHH directly as a provider and on numerous community projects and have always been impressed with the professionalism of the staff and the vision of their leadership,” Joshua said. “I am honored to help them meet the challenges of our community, constantly evolving to better meet people’s needs and seeking out community partnerships wherever it serves to improve people’s lives and magnify our collective strengths.”
